Description
Grief is a journey that looks different for everyone. In this supportive and reflective class, participants will be guided to write a heartfelt letter to a loved one they've lost, giving space to say what was left unsaid, share memories, or simply connect.
Through gentle prompts and open discussion, we will explore how writing can help us process pain, honor our relationships, and begin to find healing. Participants will have the opportunity to share their letters (if they feel comfortable), listen to others, and connect in a safe, compassionate space where all emotions are welcome. You will be able to keep your letter to yourself or place it in our grief mailbox.
Whether your loss is recent or years past, this class offered a space for remembrance, expression, and connection. This will be a welcoming, non-judgmental group with discussion for those who wish to share.
There will also be coffee!
Class is in person only.
$25 class fee is per person, per seat.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND.
