Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is one of a kind: just like people, all animals, minerals, and insects are unique. The specimen you receive may vary from the one pictured on our website. If you would like a photo of the exact item you will be receiving please leave a note at checkout and we will be happy to help. 

Any possible returns or exchanges are managed on a case by case basis by Curious Nature. To request a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back prior to discussing returns with Curious Nature. Email mason@curiousnatureshop.com.

 In the case that a return or exchange is accepted, a restocking fee my be charged. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. If the returned item is damaged in transit, no refund will be issued. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of the return being approved by Curious Nature. If you are shipping an item over $75.00 in value, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In the event that an item is lost or damaged in transit, Curious Nature pays for shipping and insurance, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through with any USPS/UPS mail claims.
