Description
Join us on Sunday, September 27th from 1-2:30pm for a hands-on workshop that turns your child into a bone detective! We'll be discussing what owls eat and how they digest their meals, before diving into a live dissection demo to show the students how to carefully work on their own pellets. Afterwards, we'll count and identify the prey remains using a bone ID guide. Every child will leave with their unearthed bones, tips on how to care for them, and new insight into the animal world!
All materials and safety gear will be included.
This class is for children aged 8 and up. Each child must be accompanied by one (and only one) parent or guardian. One parent or guardian can be present for multiple children, but each child must be paid for separately.
